Recently, when I decided to group all my stuffed animals and figurines of animals on one shelf in my studio, I had no idea that my Lucy was paying so much attention to my plan. She was!
As a full-time artist I see the interweavings of life and art all around me every day and in countless ways. It is so much a part of how I consider things, how I do things, how I think about things, how I live my life, etc. that I decided to write about it. It only occurred to me in recent years that the way I see things is NOT how most other people do. And because I was raised in a family of artists, none of this has seemed to be the least bit out of the ordinary. But it is. And it is something worth sharing so that maybe others who find my blog may look at the world from a new point of view - that of the creative soul who superimposes their own aesthetics on their interaction with others and with life in general.
